The features of the NGW type planetary gear reducer

The planetary gear reducer includes twelve series of single-stage, two-stage and three-stage reduction and eight derived series of involute straight cylindrical gear planetary reducers. It is mainly used in metallurgy, mining, transportation, building materials, energy, transportation, etc. The working conditions are as follows: for specifications ranging from 200 to 800, the high-speed shaft rotational speed is no more than 1500 r/min; for specifications ranging from 900 to 1120, the high-speed shaft rotational speed is no more than 1000 r/min; for specifications ranging from 1250 to 1600, the high-speed shaft rotational speed is no more than 750 r/min; for specifications ranging from 1800 to 2000, the high-speed shaft rotational speed is no more than 600 r/min; the gear circumferential speed is no more than 15 to 20 m/s; the working environment temperature should be -40 to +45℃; it can operate in both forward and reverse directions.
