The company has proposed a strategic layout of continuously focusing on classic, special, and large-scale markets, producing customized or less complex products, providing customer service, which not only reduces the customer's costs but also considers the customer's requirements, and at the same time, the company's development space is further expanded. The customization of non-standard reducers effectively selects clean oil; for high-power transmission gear reducers, the selection of clean oil is relatively crucial. High-power reducers need to pay special attention to the load oil. Pay attention to the sealing of the entire machine, frequently check the oil quantity and quality, clean oil, gear oil, refrigerant. During the inspection, if it is found that there is too much oil deficiency, the cause should be analyzed. At the same time, efforts should be made to clean each lubrication point, considering that during the new vehicle running-in period, the lubricating oil should be filled into the lubrication points every week (especially outside). For the column-type gear reducer with an gasoline pump, when connecting the wiring, pay attention to the rotation direction of the gasoline pump, which should be rotated clockwise. Continuously clean the reducer, immediately adjust and tighten the loose parts to prevent the damage of components from loosening or the loss of components. After the running-in period is over, perform forced maintenance on the equipment, do a good job in inspection and adjustment, and pay attention to the replacement of hydraulic oil.
When using the reducer, new oil needs to be replaced after 300 hours of continuous operation. The interval for oil replacement is every 2,500 hours of use. However, during the usage process, it is still necessary to regularly check the quality of the oil. If there are residues, crystallization or deterioration conditions, the oil should be replaced. The reducer should use fixed, well-known brands and types of oil. It is not allowed to mix oils from different brands, types or even different brands. During the oil replacement process, the internal parts of the reducer should be cleaned before introducing new oil. During the usage period, if the temperature exceeds 80℃ and accompanied by abnormal noises or other conditions, the application should be immediately stopped and the root cause should be investigated. After the fault is detected or the clean oil is replaced, it can be used again. If the temperature is extremely low, such as below -10℃, when choosing the model and specification, the impact of temperature on the reducer should be considered. Considerations such as electric heaters can be taken into account. This is particularly important for the maintenance and protection of the reducer. And it is necessary to regularly check the oil level, noise vibration and other aspects to see if there are any abnormalities.
