Helical Gear Reduction Motors are integrated drive devices that transmit power through helical gear meshing. Their core feature lies in the helical gear structure, where the gear tooth line is at a certain angle to the axis, achieving high stability and low noise transmission. Compared to spur gear motors, helical gear motors, through optimized tooth profile design (tooth line inclination angle typically 10-30 degrees), achieve simultaneous meshing of multiple teeth, effectively reducing single-tooth load and achieving a transmission efficiency of over 95%, while keeping noise below 70dB. Their gears are often made of high-strength alloy steel (such as 20CrMnTi) and undergo carburizing and quenching treatment, achieving a tooth surface hardness of HRC58-62, significantly improving wear resistance and fatigue strength. Structurally, this product features a modular design compatible with coaxial, parallel, or right-angle shaft layouts, offering a wide torque range (up to 23,200 Nm), a large reduction ratio range (5:1 to 18,000:1), and adaptability to motor power from 0.09kW to 200kW. Compared to worm gear reducers, helical geared motors offer significant advantages in transmission efficiency (8%-15% higher). Compared to planetary reducers, they are more economical to manufacture and excel in ease of maintenance.
