Their gears are often made of high-strength alloy steel (such as 20CrMnTi) and undergo carburizing and quenching treatment, achieving a tooth surface hardness of HRC58-62, significantly improving wear resistance and fatigue strength. Structurally, this product features a modular design compatible with coaxial, parallel, or right-angle shaft layouts, offering a wide torque range (up to 23,200 Nm), a large reduction ratio range (5:1 to 18,000:1), and adaptability to motor power from 0.09kW to 200kW. Compared to worm gear reducers, helical geared motors offer significant advantages in transmission efficiency (8%-15% higher). Compared to planetary reducers, they are more economical to manufacture and excel in ease of maintenance.
